Abstract
Eruptive lentiginosis in resolving psoriatic plaques (ELRP) is a rare phenomenon which was firstly described as a sequelae of phototherapy. There are several reports of ELRP after topical agents. More and more cases of ELRP after treatment with biologics have been reported recently. Rapid recovery of pigmentation gene expression in psoriasis lesions after therapeutic neutralization of biologics has been considered as pathophysiology of ELRP. However, exact etiology in not well understood. Herein, we report two cases of ELRP after treatment with ixekizumab and secukinumab.
